We are looking for a Floating Director to travel to our 9 locations to fill Administrative roles as needed.

Floating Director Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the welfare, health and safety of the children in the group.
• To offer a program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of both the individual and the group. Treat each child with dignity and respect but with open affection.
• Prepare a warm, safe and affectionate environment that is orderly, clean and appealing and permits the child to grow and to explore.
• Supervise the Assistant Director, Teachers, Cook, Assistant Teachers and any other staff
• Supervise the program on an ongoing basis in all classrooms. Observe and evaluate programs, act as a resource person for the teachers and staff. Assist teachers with formal assessments and parent/teacher conferences and meetings.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
