As a Gypcrete Installer, you play an integral role in creating quality apartments for our residents to call home for years to come. You will work with our team in new construction, building apartments from the ground up. To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail-oriented, and communicate effectively.
As a Gypcrete Installer, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating materials, material deliveries and installations. You will also be responsible for leading and teaching a small crew. Additional responsibilities include:
- At least 5 years experience installing gypcrete on wood and steel subfloors
- At least 3 years experience running gypcrete pump
- Ability to coordinate staff on interior and exterior crews during gypcrete pours
- Ability to lead gypcrete prep and Soundmat, ensuring that it is ready for installation of gypcrete
- Plan and order materials needed and schedule deliveries
- Have mechanical ability to help fix and maintain gypcrete pump
