Newkota Services and Rentals Production Testing Supervisor Job Description

• Support cross shift
• The ability to lead shift without supervision
• Supervise up to 6 crew members
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Consistently demonstrate knowledge of all local and federal laws
• Rigging in and rigging out Action and Planning)
• Extensive knowledge of testing principles
• Extensive knowledge of separation process
• Consistently perform proper equipment maintenance
• Operate pressure tank equipment jobs
• Operate wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
• Operate sour wells
• Operate multi equipment jobs
• Operate multi services jobs
• Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids and management / tracking
• Strong technical and mechanical abilities
• Operate company vehicles and equipment
• Demonstrate high work quality and commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
• Create a proactive safety and service quality environment
• Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment trainings are up to date
• Responsible for personal safety
• Responsible for Identifying and reporting safety issues
• Responsible for Incident Management
• Contribute to the evaluation of project with Senior Supervisor / Field Superintendent / Management
• Working knowledge of Industry Standard software
• Communicate consistently and effectively with Production Testing Senior Supervisor, Superintendent and Manager
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• Requirements :
• Minimum one and a half to two years demonstrated knowledge in Production Testing operations
• Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to follow directions and routines
• Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Computer skills with the flexibility to quickly learn new software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organized and detail oriented
• Self Starter
• Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) and utilize a 4 week notice policy for days off
• Adapt well to ever changing climate and operational conditions
• Contractor Vehicle (3/4 ton or greater crew cab, under 10 yrs of age with acceptable aesthetics)
• Fuel Tank (Slip Tank)
• Associated tools (list provided upon request)
