Our ice cream shop is currently seeking a creative, upbeat person to fill our Assistant Manager position. The ideal candidate should have leadership and team building skills.

The individual should have great leadership, communication, and inventory taking skills. Additionally, the individual in this position must be able to scoop ice cream during peak hours and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with guests. Successful candidates will be required to work their assigned shift and will be paid an hourly wage plus tips!

Responsibilities:

• Scoop ice cream, clean dining room and kitchen, wash dishes, clean tables, set tables for the next day, etc.
• Ability to work 2/3 weekend shifts, nights, weekdays.
• Weekly inventory, ice cream ordering, paper goods ordering.
• Scheduling, management of a team of 10-12 people depending on season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
