We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team in Island Park, Idaho for the summer season. Housing is provided on site. But prefer if lived in the area. Come to the beautiful mountains and see what Island Park life is all about. Fly fishing, hiking, water sports, we are just minutes away from Yellowstone National Park where endless adventure awaits.

A F&B manager is responsible for supportive leadership to the FOH staff and support the General Manager and Executive chef in operations. These duties include scheduling, accounts payable, beverage ordering and taking ownership of the restaurant as it was your own.

We are planning on being open by middle May with Memorial Day commencing the busy season. Nearly 5 million people drive by each summer and we are busy! Must have experience in high volume, upscale menu and dining. We will be open breakfast lunch and dinner. We are in search of someone with bar experience that can help develop a beverage program. This is a rural area, not a city, you must love nature! We are looking for healthy outdoor enthusiasts who wants a break from the city or the heat. It is an open ended contract as we plan to stay open as long into the fall as weather allows and reopen during the winter for snowmobilers and the winter activities in the area. While experience is necessary this is a great opportunity for a strong bartender or head server to jump into a leadership role and learn from our GM. Come live life in the mountains this summer!
