We are looking for a dynamic Seasonal PM Food Expo/Busser to provide excellent service to all of our customers in our fine dining dinner service. The Food Expo/Busser enjoys creating a first class experience in our restaurant with a passion for both people and delicious food. Food Expo/Busser will:

• Assist the culinary team with managing incoming tickets checking food orders, preparation and presentation prior to food going out
• Run food to correct tables/seat numbers and respond to guest needs/requests
• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
• Practice "Teamwork" and "Clean as you go" policies.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
• Attend monthly departmental meetings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
