Job description

Old Style Sausage is looking for a part-time / full-time crew member to join our team in producing custom recipes for chefs within the culinary community. The Job includes the preparation and trimming select proteins, spices, herbs and fresh ingredients to create, pack and ship traditional and contemporary fare to be served at fine dining tables throughout the nation.

Requirements:

Reliable, self-motivated, punctual, accountable, safety and quality focused. Ability to work in a chilled workspace. Full time- able to lift 50-70 pounds. Part time- able to lift 30 pounds. Old Style Sausage has a zero tolerance drug policy.

Desirable attributes:

Detail focused, Efficient, Food safety training, and or awareness, willingness to learn and expand food-based knowledge, clean drivers’ license not required but a big plus.

Shift:

Monday through Thursday, 35 - 40 hours

Entry pay:

Starts at $17.00 - $19.00 based on qualifications, plus attainable monthly bonus.
