Summary: Ensures that guests receive crave-able, safe food.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that eQRA assessments are completed during each day part.
• Ensures that a Safe Daily Critical (SDC) assessment is completed during each day part.
• Performs practice QIV visits twice a month.
• Performs practice SAFE visits twice a month.
• Trains Pod Leaders and Coordinators on how to perform eQRA and SDC assessments.
• Ensures that an internal safe audit is completed daily to check for things such as proper cooler/freezer temps, food temp, date labels, use of timers, prop use of hair nets, proper hand washing, etc.
• Ensures that AHA stats are reported each day to ensure we are meeting or exceeding goals.
• Maintains assessment logs and reports immediate action finding to Kitchen Director
• Inspects smallwares for cracks and damage that makes them unsafe.
• Ensures that all team members know how to properly wash their hands
• Ensures that non-CFA products are not present in operation or production areas.
• Maintains Serv-Safe Certification
• Works in a position as scheduled to support peak hours.

• 100% of daily assessments are completed every day.
• 3 Pod Leaders are trained on how to complete all daily assessments.
• Quarterly SAFE score of 1
• Quarterly QIV score of 95% or higher

Hours

• Full-time 35-42 hours/week.

We are opening a new Chick-fil-A Drive-thru Only location in Mid-CIty at the corner of Carrollton & Tulane. We are set to grand open around December 8, 2022. We are seeking to hire a Director of Culture 3-6 weeks before opening.
