JB Roofing, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for a commercial roofing foreman at our Tiffin, OH location

You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

Commercial Roofing Foreman Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass pre employment screening

Responsabilidades del capataz comercial de techos:

• Retiro y instalacion de todo tipo de sistemas de techos, incluidos: Bur, betun modificado, TPO, EPDM, PVC y pendientes.
• Mantenimiento y reparacion de techos
• Relizar el trabajo de acuerdo con las especificaciones del trabajo y las pautas de seguridad
• Mantener una Interaccion professional con todos las clients
• Administrar el equipo de techado comercia, incluye completar el papeleo requerido, asistir a las reunions segun sea necesario ayudar en la capacitacion de los miembros del equipo segun sea necesario.
• Seguimiento del inventario y presentacion de informes diarios.

Requisitos de formulario en techos comercial:

• 3-5 años de experiencia liderando equipos de techos comercial.
• La experiencia con todo tipo de sistemas de techos comercial.
• Una licencia de conducer valida
• Iniciativa,Integridad, & Adaptabilidad
• Debe poder submit escaleras, agacharse, 7 arrodillarse regularmente
• Debe poder levanter mas de 50 libras regularmente
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una variedad de condiciones climaticas

Las condiciones de trabajo:

• Entorno fisico: Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperaturas.
• Esfuerzo fisico: Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente que no exceda las 50 libras.
• Viaje: Todo es local, hasta 2 horas de distancia.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
