We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving the budgeting and forecasting process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in FP&A.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the business to support decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial targets and objectives
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, and analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build complex financial models
• Experience with Hyperion and JD Edwards or similar financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Engineering industry is a plus
