Market Support
Assist in market appointments in showroom and at tradeshows
Enter orders in b2b and account portals & ensure accuracy once in system
Fill out customer buy sheets for each order (ie to include COO, HTS codes, UPC, Fabric Content, Care Instructions, etc)
Communicate post market style changes
Facilitate getting product selling imagery from marketing for approved ecomm accounts

Post Market PO Support
Oversight of inbound EDIs to ensure they properly match and draw down from bulk orders
Summarize order maintenance needs on all POs to ensure highest level of fulfillment (ie late styles, oversold sizes/skus,etc)

In Season Business growth support:
Collaborate with sales team to meet and exceed sales and shipping goals on a monthly basis
Format style selling templates based on accounts raw data
Present ATS opportunity for best selling product via reorder proposals
Review websites for style/photo/division accuracy

Showroom support:
Manage the ordering of showroom supplies
Collaborate with sample coordinator to manage showroom sample sets (unboxing, hanging, steaming, etc)

Participate in the preparation and logistics for all west coast tradeshows (preparing & shipping of samples/supplies)
General admin support for Sales Director

Skills:
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and team oriented environment
Strong presentation, communication, and analytic skills
Keen awareness of emerging trends
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Understanding of retail math

Organizational skills:
Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated and a quick learner.
Ability to multi-task, make independent decisions, prioritize workload and work cohesively in a team based environment.
Must be able to take direction well and work independently when needed. Must have strong troubleshooting andproblem solving skills.

The wage range for this role is $55,500.00 to $59,500.00.

Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.
