We are a Fast growing Chiropractic Office in the Peninsula. We are a warm, friendly, busy office looking to fill the role of front desk, back office, and administrative duties in our growing chiropractic office. We are looking for a very special candidate. The staff person we are looking for is friendly, energetic, fun to work with, has a positive mental attitude with mature communication skills both verbal and written. A shy person would not be happy in this position. Someone who has corporate skills, but is really looking to do something more personal, make a difference, and work as part of a small dedicated team!

Duties will include:

- presenting financial arrangements and successfully overcoming objections to patients who are accepted for care
- quick and creative thinking--being able to make autonomous decisions within set boundaries
- Promoting the doctors and the practice

REQUIREMENTS:
- Honesty with a high level of integrity
- Enthusiastic, high-energy personality with a positive outlook on life
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, capable of functioning independently as well as on a team
- Quick learner and ability to multi-task
- Full-time position

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Financial or sales experience background a plus , as well as being very comfortable discussing long term chiropractic corrective and wellness care plans,(similar to an orthodontist office)
- An individual that possesses a high level of sophistication to create financial solutions.

MWF: 7:30am -5:15pm

Tues 8:30-3:30

Saturdays: 8:00- 12:00

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
