Dog Play Day Care is a full-service canine care facility located in Mount Prospect Illinois servicing the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago since 2009.

We have continually grown and we are currently seeking an effective individual to join us.

The successful candidate will be accustomed to operating in a high-paced service industry environment. Have a comfort level relating to technology, and problem solving, making certain that basic software, web related, and phone systems are always operational. Scheduling client services, creating newsletters, canine photos, heavy client contact; both in person and via email will also be required. Ongoing client relations and situational problem solving will take a good part of your day as will maintaining client records and general strong record keeping and organization. You will also be responsible for promotions and retail product purchasing and sales.

You must have a good command of the English language both verbal and written. Constant direct canine, client, and team member contact will make you wonder where the day has gone each day.

We are seeking an individual to completely take care of the front desk operations. You will report to the owner and Manager. You will directly interact with our Team, our clients and their canines. You will update records in our system, coordinate activities, greet clients, you will take charge of our front room client relations and help us be the best we can be. You will be responsible for front room cleanliness, client satisfaction, scheduling, retail products, and all front of house activities.

There is a morning shift 6am-12:30p and an evening shift 12:30p-6:30pm available. Rotating Saturdays are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
