Front Desk Agent (PM Shifts) - We need to find a self driven individual for the important role of delivering guest services at our hotel front desk during the 3pm to 11pm shift.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following.

• Provide a quality level of services to all our hotel guests.
• Complete the checking in and out of hotel guests with enthusiasm.
• Learns and understands accounting procedures, the hotel's property management system, and standard operating procedures.
• Develops knowledge of the hotel's team operations, way of sales, hotel amenities and offerings.
• Assists in the cleanliness upkeep of the hotel.
• Follows safety and security guidelines.
• Joins and adds to the Fun!

Qualifications include but not limited to the following.

• Customer service experience
• Ability to learn and become a positive difference maker.
• Team player
• Solid communication skills
• Flexible to scheduling or able to adapt to any situation.
• Ability to stands for long periods
