Needing to hire 1-2 part time Guest Service Reps to work 2nd shift and 3rd shift. Checking in Guest, Answering the Phone, Assisting with Guest Request, Laundry and other duties as assigned. Also, understand brand standards, coordinate with other staff members for smooth operations, attend to guest complaints, feedback and suggestions. Follow Security and Safety procedures.
Should have basic working Knowledge of computer. Good Phone Skills, communicate with Guest and other staff members in polite and friendly manner. Should have reliable transport.
