Vinings Massage & Wellness specializes in a variety of modalities of therapeutic massage. We help our clients to release pain, anxiety and stress, and maintain comfort and relaxation. The Wellness Center Concierge is the front-line contact for interaction with clients, an important role that sets the tone for the entire client experience. Making clients feel welcome and special with a friendly greeting is just the first step on their journey.

This position is part-time for between 20-25 hours a week. We are open Tuesday through Sunday and are looking for someone who is flexible with open availability during our operating hours which are:

Tuesday 9am-3:30pm

Wednesday 9am-3:30pm

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9am-8:30pm

Sunday 11am-5:30pm

We are closed on Monday. There is room for growth, more responsibility, and more hours if the candidate desires after the first 90 days.

Duties, requirements and responsibilities include:

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc) Experience with Mac preferred.
• Front desk duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out through our software program, and opening and closing the center
• Ability to be on your feet for 5-8 hour shifts, with occasional pauses!
• Capacity to assist with facility laundry, and to carry loads of 20 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Assisting the management team with miscellaneous projects during your scheduled shift and supporting other staff as needed
• Must be able to complete a current background check
• Must be punctual, demonstrate reliability and excellent attendance, and have reliable transportation to work and some schedule flexibility
• Being a team player and being self-motivated!
• Willing to learn new programs
