Job description
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely fashion
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues that arise during each guest’s stay
- Assisting with the hiring process, including interviewing candidates and conducting background checks
- Handling reservations, and making arrangements for special services such as guest requests
- Managing the front desk staff to ensure that the lobby is staffed at all times while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing messages for all departments within the company
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions processed through the front desk
- Submitting invoices to corporate
Must have previous managerial and hospitality experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
