Job description

Duties will include:

• Greeting patients.
• Ensure High Quality patient care.
• Screening and pretesting patients.
• Explain to the patients the types of preliminary testing.
• Answering the phones and scheduling appointments.
• Instruct, deliver, and order contact Lenses.
• Maintain, clean and stock all exam rooms.
• Keep all testing equipment clean and stocked.
• All other duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Strong Customer service skills.
• Previous retail/optical experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to learn optical knowledge.
• Weekends availability is required.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Anatomy knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical office experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
