Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No nights! No weekends!
$14 per hr to start
Purpose
Assist call center staff with reporting and other office duties as assigned.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist managers with reporting on a daily basis.
- Serve as a backup for the front desk receptionist.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Salesforce Experience Preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Must maintain a positive attitude
- Background in management and team organization preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
Standards of Performance
Maintain professional conduct at all times. Expected to work the schedule as prescribed, which includes reporting to work on time and ending the work day as scheduled. Must be able to perform duties to the degree and quality as instructed. Must be able to manage time and be detail oriented. Must reflect a high level of competency and professionalism to all guests and other Team Members. Must exhibit a clean, courteous, and professional attitude and appearance while performing daily duties.
