What to expect: The Front Desk Salon Coordinator position is fun, fast paced and is one of the most important positions in the company. The front desk coordinators are the face of the company as they are the first person the client hears on the phone, the first person the client sees when they come in, and the last person they speak to when they leave. This position includes excellent customer service, in person and over the phone customer contact, making appointments, check ins, check outs, make-up sales, retail sales and coordinating the flow of the salons. Our front desk coordinators may travel to multiple locations within the suburbs for work shifts - Highland Park, Glenview, Wilmette. Schedule Needs: Must be available to work day, evening shifts and weekends. This is for a part time position that could move to a full time role in the near future.

Flexibility to work between multiple suburb locations all within 15 minutes of each other is needed. Below is a breakdown of the hours of operation per location...

Highland Park: Sunday-Monday > Closed. Tuesdays > 8AM-8PM. Wednesdays > 12:30PM-8PM. Thursdays > 8AM-4PM. Fridays > 7:30AM-3:00PM. Saturdays > 8AM-4PM.

Glenview: Sun-Mon > Closed. Tuesdays > 8AM-8PM. Wednesdays > 12:30PM-8:30PM. Thursdays > 8AM-8PM. Fridays > 10AM-5:30PM. Saturdays > 8AM-5PM.

Wilmette: Sundays > 10AM-5PM. Mondays > 7:30AM-8PM. Tuesdays > 8AM-9PM. Wednesdays > 12:45PM-9PM. Thursdays > 8AM-9PM. Fridays > 7:30AM-3:30PM. Saturdays > 7:30AM-4:30PM.

Evanston: Sundays & Mondays > Closed. Tuesdays > 8AM-5PM. Wednesdays > 1PM-8PM. Thursdays > 11AM-6PM. Fridays & Saturdays 9AM-4PM.
