You are an integral part of our team as you are the first and last person that our patients interact with. The Front Desk Receptionist is a dynamic position, multi-disciplinary in nature, and is an ideal role for an individual who is an efficient multi-tasker who makes patient care their number one priority. We are looking for an individual with a naturally pleasant, friendly, easy-going attitude who is eager to learn! This position is set in a growing atmosphere which is fast-paced and constantly evolving. This position will also cover both the Asheville office and Hendersonville office.

• Receptionist and Cashier
• Supplies and Inventory Management
• Patient Care Coordinator
• Patient Intake and Lead Generation
• Special Event Coordination Assistant
• Managing Rewards and Referral Programs
• Maintaining Office Environment

• Windows/IOS Operating Systems
• Google Drive and Microsoft Office
• Customer Relations Management software
• Electronic Medical Records Software
• Phone systems and high call volume
• Medical Spa/Aesthetics Experience
• Customer Service Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
