We are looking for a BILINGUAL (Spanish & English) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Provide basic information about the company to visitors and customers.
• Maintain an accurate record of visitors and customers.
