Front Desk Agent (Part time- Full time position)

Responsibilities

• The Hotel Front Desk Agent is responsible for check-in/check-out of hotel guests from 9 am to 5 pm in a courteous and efficient manner while processing all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Perform light hotel administrative duties,
• Check rooms and coordinate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Works closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date (check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms), and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work
• Taking reservations in person and over the phone
• Answering telephones in a prompt and professional manner and providing assistance to callers

• An experienced hotel guest services professional who enjoys working closely with guests to ensure their needs are being accommodated
• Must be service oriented
• Customer service attitude and passion
• Ideal candidates will be outgoing and enjoy helping others

• Ability to multi-task

Benefits

• Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
