The Sweet Reserve is a woman owned bakery located in Lombard, IL. We specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, savory items and everything else delicious for your event be it big or small. Our beautifully decorated dine-in cafe is perfect for having coffee and pastries with family and friends or you can host your own small party.

Front of house associate responsibilities include providing above and beyond customer service by serving customers in store as well as taking phone orders and online orders, maintaining store cleanliness, multitasking, following store protocols, cash handling, ingredient preparation, and handcrafting high quality espresso and non espresso beverages.

Our bakery can be both fast and slow paced and we are looking for candidates who can adapt to changing environments, who are self motivated, work well as part of a team and independently, are strong problem solvers and critical thinkers, and is comfortable engaging with the general public.

Physical requirements include but are not limited to, standing, bending, lifting, walking, reaching.
