What will I be doing?
The Front Office Ambassador position will be directly responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guest's requests, recommendations and touches.
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
- Ensure that all Hilton Guests receive an engaging welcome, exceptional service and world class accommodations.
- From the moment they walk in your door, your team will ensure they feel cared for, valued and respected.
- Make it Right, proactively look for ways to meet unanticipated Guests needs, take ownership of resolving and preventing Guest problems and consistently recognize most of our loyal Guests. Immediately find solutions to guest's requests or concerns and communicate with the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Guests to learn the reason for their travels and the quality of their stay.
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency and/or heavy hotel activity, and resolve complications such as location changes or credit issues.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc.
