J ob Description

The Front Office Business Partner for Integrations will assist and support the acquisitions and integrations process of new partners for Ivy Rehab, specifically related to front office operations. The Front Office Business Partner for Integrations will be the main point of contact for the integrations team and front office department. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to support and assist with the acquisition and integration of new partners in implementing successful front office operational workflows that adhere to Ivy best practice standards. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, Front Office Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders involved in the M&A process, including Ivy Rehab teammates and newly integrated partners
  • Represent the Ivy culture and brand with potential partners via professional and timely communication and interactions while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
  • Participate in and facilitate front office operational due diligence through understanding and developing key strategic objectives, driving integration planning, assessing potential risks and challenges, developing comprehensive project and risk mitigation plans, monitoring status and regularly following up on pending tasks, rapidly identifying and resolving potential issues, and giving regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Build and continuously improve front office integration capabilities by identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the front office integrations process and improve the quality of integration efforts
  • Interact extensively across all functional teams within Ivy Rehab and new partners and comprehensively understand how front office operations integrates with and impacts the different functional teams and provide strategic decisions based on those impacts
  • Assist in the completion of front office integration tasks including but not limited to: scheduling, registration, verification, and authorization
  • Provide the appropriate front office training and education as needed to newly integrated partners to align with Ivy workflows and standardized processes
  • Project manage post-acquisition front office operational processes to facilitate long term stability and success
  • Provide post-acquisition front office support via onsite elbow-to-elbow support and re-education or training for 1-2 weeks post go-live
  • Work directly with the appropriate Director of Front Office Operations to develop and maintain project plans specific to the various front office acquisition integration processes
  • Develop and maintain a listing of critical outstanding front office issues for each acquisition and provide weekly reporting of critical issues to help drive items to completion
  • Attend and participate in weekly acquisition integration meetings pre and post-live to ensure front office tasks and deliverables are being tracked and completed
  • Provide continuous communication and coordination to partners and Ivy department leaders in support of acquisition integration projects

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in project management, M&A, or integrations; healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • A demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others to achieve deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and follow through on assignments
  • Hands on, “get stuff done” attitude, results oriented, highly organized and a team player
  • Self-motivated and can work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines
  • Willingness to travel
