Summary
The Role
The Rooms Control Supervisor is primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the Front Office. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences, as well as assist with group and guest billing inquiries and adjustments. The Front Office team relies on the Rooms Control Supervisor’s ability to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This role has a direct impact on guest fulfillment with room accommodations and streamlined communication with all departments in the hotel. The Rooms Control Supervisor must also assist in the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This position leads colleagues by coaching, giving direction along with training. Front Office Rooms Control Supervisor is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned Front Office Agent ready to advance their career into management.
Rooms Control Supervisor must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. This position will mainly be AM Shifts.
Starting rate: $19.50/hour
