MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Resumes that do not meet the minimum qualifications will be automatically discarded via applicant system. We reserve the right to blacklist applicants who waste our time)
1-React/Typescript experience (5+ years)
2-Worked on complex tools or worked at a Series A-C startup on a chart or data visualisation tool
3-Computer Science degree (very nice to have, not need)
4-6+ years of relevant professional experience (excluding contracting)
5-Worked on a large in-house component library, or similar UI/UX assets

We're looking for frontend/full-stack engineers to accelerate our product development. We want the candidate to implement features by writing high quality well-tested code, to fix bugs, and to implement processes that enable other engineers to be as effective as possible.

The position is intended to focus on component libraries and design systems and the only one we're hiring for now, so need to be self-sufficient, more of a lead role. The candidate needs to have experience building scalable homegrown UI libraries, working closely with a design lead, in a fast paced startup environment.

This role is a cross between design/UX/UI so either a frontend engineer with a design background, or a designer with very strong coding skills will be good background. Working in figma or other design tools is another bonus. The candidate should be an excellent software engineer (write scalable, well-tested, maintainable code that others can easily work with in the future) who is detail-oriented (code changes can't break our production system), fast learning [especially for junior engineers], and collaborative with good communication skills (collaborate with other engineers, designers, customer success).

Salary: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
