A construction company in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area is seeking an experienced, full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper/Controller Monday – Friday. Hours are flexible. Candidate must be organized, very dependable, a self-starter, and have thick skin. Prior employment history should show stability and longevity. Prior Accounting Experience as a full charge bookkeeper who can handle all cycles of accounting and understands debits and credits is required. Accounting experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.

Typical Accounting Duties including but not limited to:

· Prepare Bank Reconciliations

· Manage Overall Cash Flow

· Perform Month End-close

· Process Accounts Receivables

· Process Accounts Payables

· Maintain Good Records and Filing System

· Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reports

· License Renewals

· Prepare Payroll

· Handle Insurance

· Work with outside CPA Firm as needed

Skills/Requirements:

· Knowledge of subcontractor agreements (preferred)

· Experience with AP & AR

· Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

A background check and accounting test will be required.

Full Benefits Package & Salary - $60,000+ depending on education/experience

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
