TITLE: Cleaning Technician (Cleaning Tech)

REPORTS TO: Office Manager

SUPERVISES: (No supervisory responsibilities; may lead a team of cleaning techs on occasion)

Purpose of Position: To provide cleaning services to the business’ customers as stipulated in the Work Orders

Duties & Responsibilities:

Cleaning

· Learning, training and following the Speed Cleaning training system

· Providing cleaning services according to the Work Order

· Following all company policies and procedures on the job

· Reporting in/out of jobs using designated process (app, paperwork, phone call to office)

· Inspecting own work. If leading a team, inspecting the work of others

· Picking up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs

· Completing any job-related ‘paperwork’ as required by company processes

· Maintaining a 4 star and above customer satisfaction rating

TRAINING:

Week 1 - 2

· Trainee - $14 per hour for one week only (approx. 25 to 35 hours)

Week 3 - 4

· Certified Tech – If you pass the “Practice Period” you’ll receive full time work and be able to earn top pay levels. The fastest way to make top pay is to learn to clean thoroughly and efficiently and be 100% dependable. You never have to wait a year for a raise. Higher income is available immediately.

SALARY:

Certified Tech Pay System:

o <27 hours (~1-6 houses) - $22 per “job ticket hour”

o 28-34 hours (~7-9 houses) - $24 per “job ticket hour”

o 35+ hours (~10 houses) - $26 per “job ticket hour”

Salary: $525.00 - $875.00 per week
