Currently seeking 1 full time dispatcher to fill our day shift position. Candidate will be chosen according to experience. Knowledge of the Prescott Valley, Prescott, Camp Verde, and Cottonwood area and surrounding would be nice.

Who we are looking for:

We need a team player who is self-motivated and enjoys working in the towing industry or who has experience in the transportation field. This position will require some level of supervisory skills to direct and communicate efficiently with a team of drivers. Prior dispatching experience is required. Skills should include multi-tasking, ability to answer calls simultaneously on a multi-line phone system, handle a fast paced environment, do well under STRESS, and the ability to navigate quickly on our mapping systems and give accurate ETA’s to customers and clients. Knowledge of Towbooks is also a plus.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatching experience
• Must have reliable transportation.
• customer service experience
• STRONG multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of the Prescott area quad cities and surrounding
• must be able to pass a background check and drug screens, including random drug screening. We are a DRUG FREE company.
• Computer skills are a must because we are fully digital

Job type: 5, 10-hour Full-time day shifts and 1, possibly 2 overnight shifts (Over night shifts are from home). Schedule will be Saturday - Wednesday, 7a-5p with Thursday and Friday off (But this could change).

Pay: Salary is based on experience

Performance and wage reviews after 90 days.
