JVM Capital Holdings Inc. is an independent contractor for Fedex Ground and is now hiring full time drivers for daily routes in the North Jackson, Ohio terminal.

These positions are five to six days a week, with no lay offs or down days. All positions are salary and paid weekly. Pay starts at $625 a week with no previous FedEx experience for five day work weeks. Previous FedEx experience can qualify for a higher starting rate. When required to work a 6th day (Nov. 26th through Dec. 24th), the 6th day is an additional paid day on top of your salary. There is a potential to earn daily service bonuses by finishing and completing a route in its entirety. Vacation is earned after 1 year with the company and after 90 days the employee is eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, previous delivery experience preferred but not necessary. Experience can be driving a company vehicle, delivering out of your own vehicle (ie pizzas, phone books, newspapers) as long as you were paid to do so, driving a landscaping vehicle, etc.

A clean driving record is required, or no more than 3 tickets or violations within the last 2 years. Can not have more than 2 seat belt violations, no tickets over 80 mph, no DUI or reckless op tickets.

You must also be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pass a drug screen, then you will attend a driver course and complete road driving test.
