We have 4 year-round facilities – Lutz, Riverview, South Tampa, and Wesley Chapel – and we are hiring in ALL of our locations. Great opportunity to earn an exceptional pay rate and work a consistent weekly schedule of weekday days/evenings and weekend day shifts. We are hiring full-time members with shifts available during the day, evening, and on weekends. You must be available 1-2 evenings during the week and Saturday or Sunday days. The Frontdesk Customer Service Representative role is a great opportunity for anyone who needs hours outside the typical 9-5 job.
Additional qualifications:
- Inside sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to easily build relationships, assess customer needs, and recommend the best services
- Exceptional phone skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Keyboarding
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- 18 years or older
- Bilingual candidates preferred.
