The Doctor’s Choice Home Health Services is currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Home Health team! These skilled nurses will be able to see patients in the areas provided below. We serve patients from Camarillo, Ventura, SF Valley, Los Angeles, Riverside, Palm Springs, Glendale, Pasadena, and many more cities!!

GUARANTEED BASE SALARY OF $1,400.00 PER WEEK IN ADDITION TO OUR VISIT RATE**

( This is based on a 25 visit per week minimum or 50 visits per pay period )

Must cover the following areas:

• Inglewood, South LA, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Willow brook, Crenshaw, Mar Vista, Mid City, Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights

Minimum Requirements include:

• Must be able to complete 20-25 visits per week OR 50 visits total per pay period.
• Must be available one weekend day a month for on-call. **
• Must have minimum 1 year with a CA license in nursing as an RN
• Must have minimum 6 months to 1 year of Home Health experience as an RN
• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
• IV Experience/ IV insertion (preferred)
• Acute Care/ Home Health experience (preferred)
• Wound Vac experience (preferred)
• Experience in EMR software (preferred)
• Experience with Foley Catheters (preferred)
• Provide skilled nursing services / interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse in CA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
• Physical/TB from the last 6 months or sooner

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
