Marni Outlet in Desert Hills Premium Outlet is hiring a FULL TIME KEY HOLDER SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team immediately.

This position includes providing outstanding customer service to all walk in clientele, managing a client book, meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and working as a part of a great team. We are looking for someone with retail experience that feels comfortable working one on one to develop long lasting relationships with walk-in customers and reaching out to existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have flexible scheduling (nights, holidays, weekends required), customer service experience (preferred in a premium retail setting), and be a motivated self-starter. We are looking for someone that is outgoing, with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in fashion, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
