First State Bank, Shallowater, Texas is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a current full-time opening. Prior check and cash handling experience are a plus. Minimum high school diploma with consideration given for a college degree in a science, mathematics or business-related field. Extra consideration will be made for applicants that possess a happy, vibrant and positive attitude toward great customer service. PRIOR BANKING EXPERIENCE PREFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED. Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word required. This is a full-time position with benefits. Paid medical insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, Sam’s Club paid membership, paid Aflac supplemental insurance and paid federal holidays. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with a paid 30-minute lunch. Salary commensurate based on skills and experience.
