Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add qualified Receptionist to our fast paced and high profile location in Duluth, GA.
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls to the dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination.

Responsibilities
- Answers dealership group phones
- Greets and receives customers
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer to a salesperson
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assists in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Assists in receiving and routing internet leads to the appropriate department
- Assists in the dealer exchange of vehicle process
- Participates in customer satisfaction process

- Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Able to clear a pre-employment drug screening
