Overview:
Full-time position, 40 hours/week, at our
Corporate Headquarters location in downtown Lancaster, PA.
Responsible for processing participant and plan level transactions related to the daily administration of complex retirement plans. Additional responsibilities include, monitoring and generating financial reports, responding to client inquiries, and researching moderate complexity client issues.
- Process plan and participant level transactions within departmental service levels with a high degree of accuracy. Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. Track late and delinquent contributions. Alert appropriate parties to oversight. Monitor work queues. Generate reporting daily and ad hoc.
- Respond to internal and external inquires in a timely and accurate manner. Elevate complex issues to appropriate levels to ensure an appropriate level of attention is provided.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty: Does not apply at this level of education. (Required)
Experience
2 or more years Retirement plan. (Preferred)
