TMRW Sports is hiring technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting to our VP of Gameplay, the Gameplay Business Analyst will help define and implement a whole new way of playing golf. This person will be a key member of the team that invents our gameplay model, defining requirements, then testing and iterating to make our player and fan experience amazing. Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering: collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into clear and actionable requirements that can guide the development of technology solutions.
- Documentation: responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to technology projects, including functional and technical specifications, use cases, user stories, and test plans.
- Testing: collaborate in testing to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and function as intended.
- Training: develop and deliver training materials to help end-users adopt new technology solutions and processes.
- Product development: invent and develop new products and lead that development from concept to launch.
Experience & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience as a technical Business Analyst.
- Background in playing golf (college level golf a plus) with a passionate interest in the rules of the game.
- Curious mind, analytical thinker, organized, excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.
- Creative problem solver and innovative mindset.
Location / Travel
- This role is based at our office in Orlando, FL and will involve frequent travel to the Palm Beach area.
