Position Summary:

The Welcome Center Gate Attendant is responsible for greeting guests arriving. He or she must be familiar with resort facilities and directions.

Essential Functions:

• Greet guests upon their arrival
• Assist guests with providing clear and thorough directions
• Maintain welcome center office, inside and out
• Maintain steady traffic flow through the gate
• Greet and make eye contact with passing guests
• Stand in posted position presenting a polite, professional image, awaiting guest requests
• Speaks fluent and proper English
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Addressing guests' needs and maintaining positive relationships in order to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensuring that guests' requests are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move, lift, carry, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
