• Lead, manage, and motivate payroll personnel
• Execute company general financial accounting including accruals, reconciliations and reporting
• Record daily and periodic bank transactions and activity, and perform bank reconciliations
• Execute federal and state tax payments, governmental reporting and related returns in conjunction with payroll processing

• College degree, preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting finance, or closely related field
• Working knowledge of federal and state payroll reporting requirements
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Construction industry and multi-location experience preferred
• Experience in payroll software and reporting systems
• Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance
• Strong analytical, organizational, financial and reporting skill
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced / demanding environment
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, hard-working, motivated self-starter
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Credit and Background checks are required
  
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting compensation between $75,000-$95,000/year along with a bonus plan
