As a General Contractor, you have your own crew of Remodelers consisting of:

1. Roofers

2. HVAC Technicians

3. Foundation/Concrete Workers

4. Plumbing

5. Electrical

6. Carpenters

7. Floorers

8. Tape and Bed

As such, you are required to send pictures of progress to the Owner which consists of before and after pictures. You are to also meet the Owner's Budget and find materials at a discount from third party vendors. Pay is based on work performance and meeting deadlines. Owner is also looking to structure a deal on repairs being done to multiple properties, meaning, a bulk discount.

Requirements:

Must have tools, equipment, and a truck and trailer as this job does require massive amounts of hauling/work.

Must also have a crew of remodelers. We do not accept Individual contractors due to the sheer volume of properties in need of repair work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
