Shipyard Staffing is looking for highly motivated and dedicated journeyman tradespeople for work in the Bremerton naval shipyard.
We are looking for skilled and experienced Welders, Shipfitters, Pipefitters, Sheetmetal Mechanics, ISM/OSM and Shipyard Competent persons. If you are a Journeyman (5+years) in your field and have experience working to NAVSEA standard items and procedures Shipyard Staffing is the place for you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be able to pass a background check/drugscreen
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in shipyards
- Certain trades will have to pass a trade test before being accepted.
UNIQUE/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Regular, reliable attendance on-site is an essential function of the job. Weekend work and/or extended hours may be required. Must be able to access all work locations, including government and private shipyards and/or vessels.
