Waste Connections is looking for a safety-conscious General Labor/Helper to join our team in Sanford, FL. This is a full-time, long-term position with a reputable company.
Pays $15-$18/hr. Working 45-50hrs a week! Opportunities to move up as well!
Responsibilities Include:
Spotting Trucks
Cleaning Equipment
Picking up litter
General site cleanup
Driving employees to their workstations
Performing other duties as assigned.
May help out as a Sorter when needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor-type position.
The ability to continually lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout an 8 hr. shift.
Experience operating equipment is a plus
Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout the entire shift
