Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our packaging company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the packaging and shipping of coffee beans. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of coffee beans, and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and be comfortable working with machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Package and label coffee beans in accordance with company standards

Operate machinery and equipment, including bagging machines and forklifts

Assist with loading and unloading trucks

Keep work area clean and organized

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred

Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with machinery and equipment

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 per hour
