General Laborer
Powder Coat Shop Technician / General Labor / Shipping & Recieving
Anchor Bay Powder Coat has been providing powder coat application services for the last 15 years. Currently doing work for the Ford Bronco, BAE systems, Lockheed Martin, and other top military manufacturers.

We are looking for a full time laborers to work Monday through Friday, with one Saturday mandatory per month. This is an entry level position. Starting wage $15 an hour. With up to a possible $1 raise at 90 days (based on performance). Multiple Day shift positions available. Hours 7am-4pm Monday-Friday, 1 mandatory Saturday per month of employees choice.

• Must be honest, reliable, hardworking, and able to communicate well with team members
• Job responsibilities for the unloading department will consist of: Inspecting, counting and packaging a variety of parts
• Packaging parts onto pallets, into bags or into boxes
• Filling out appropriate paper work throughout each process
• Job responsibilities for the Prep department will consist of: Media Blasting/Shot-blasting parts, hanging parts on hooks, masking and plugging parts according to blueprints/paperwork
• Using air tools such as angle grinders and palm sanders
• Filling out appropriate paper work throughout each process
• Hanging parts on hooks to be coated
• Must be organized and work with a sense of urgency
• Hi-Lo experience preferred but not required
• Must have mechanical skills/knowledge and sound trouble shooting abilities
• Must be able to read job orders, complete required paperwork in a timely manner, and maintain a professional appearance at all time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

We are also looking for 2 HI-LOW operators. One at each of our locations

• Must be honest, reliable, hardworking, and able to communicate well with team members and truck drivers
• Job responsibilities will consist of loading and unloading trucks, Driving a Hi-Lo efficiently and accurately, Loading and unloading parts on/off pallets and bins, Loading and unloading burn off ovens and media blast room
• Technological experience is a plus. Everything is shipped out digitally with the use of Ipads/Tablets and QR codes
• Must have mechanical skills/knowledge and sound trouble shooting abilities
• Must be able to read job orders, complete required paperwork in a timely manner, and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
