Booty will feature a variety of treasures, snacks, candy, and fun for all ages, even our customers' furry friends!

Come join our team as we prepare for a fun and enjoyable summer on Bald Head Island! We are looking for someone interested in working for the summer and post season!

Our company is looking for a General Manager for 2 adjoined shops on Bald Head Island, NC - set to open in beginning to mid June. The position would start a little before this including helping set and merchandise in the store prior to opening.

• Experience in retail or retail management is preferred but not necessary.
• The General Manager will be required to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goal and standards of performance.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Owner's absence.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in Store Owner's absence.
• Effectively communicate all store needs to Owners.
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
• Complete all required training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Prior retail sales experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift (reasonable amount).
• Ability to work some weekend shifts.
• Stand for long periods of time
• Completed all training programs leading up to Sales Lead position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age. *
