Cardellino, our Italian Chophouse is looking to add a General Manager to their team!

In keeping with celebrated Executive Chef/Owner Chef Brad Wise’s affinity for rustic urban, wood-fired cooking, guests can anticipate a selection of antipasti, handmade pasta and premium cuts of proteins to accompany those dishes cooked on our green egg charcoal grill and wood stone oven.

We aim to provide patrons with great food, cocktails, wine, and amazing service experience. This philosophy is shared among all our staff. As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add a professional and passionate Managers to join our growing family. Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years management experience, 2 years as a General Manager
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Passion for food, beverage & hospitality
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Excel, Toast, TOCK (Reservations Systems), InDesign)
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally while being thoughtful with delivery

Must be available nights, weekends and holidays.
