Bluemont Group is looking for experienced restaurant managers to join our Team. Bluemont Group is a Dunkin’ franchisee with 75 Dunkin’ stores: located in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kansas, & Missouri. Do you meet these requirements?

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager in a quick service setting. You should be team-oriented, goal-driven, and have a go-getter attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete operation of one of our Dunkin locations. Experience with creating schedules, managing food costs & labor, Coaching and Developing a team, and having a proven track record of success.
