General Manager / Laguna Hills

We are a fast-paced sign, graphics, and vehicle wrap company looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to manage our Orange County Location. The General Manager ensures Gatorwraps delivers on our customer promise as THE destination for marketing products and services. As Gatorwraps store-based executive your leadership will create an environment for an outstanding experience for both customers and employees. You will analyze store performance indicators against company goals and lead direct reports to develop plans to improve the business. Must also have great customer service skills, great attitude and be a team leader. Multi-tasking is a must as this position switches gears on a daily basis. Must be able to prioritize workflow and keep the fluidity of the pace on course.

As the General Manager you will:

· Be accountable for revenue, margin, and budgets across all channels including P&L analysis and action planning.

· Maintain labor management, brand and merchandising standards, and inventory integrity throughout the entire store.

· Manage employees to ensure seamless experience for customers.

· Motivate and inspire the team to perform to their full potential and rally around the company mission, vision, and values.

· Conduct regular meetings with all departments, and participate in special projects / initiatives as assigned.

· Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 3 Years Supervisory or Management experience OR 3 years of Military Leadership experience, inclusive of coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluation

· 3 Years Sales or Service experience

· 3 Years' experience analyzing Profit & Loss/financial statements

· Experience in auto or manufacturing industry at management level.

· Generally creative & handy

· Hard working and motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associate Degree (2 year) in Business, Sales or related field

· Previous P&L ownership (including expense / labor management, shrink, forecasting)

· Experience developing and leading change

· QuickBooks Knowledge

· Computer Skills / Experience: MS-Office, MS-Outlook, Excel etc...
